About Us
Established in 1999, Romney Resource 2000 Ltd (RRC) became a Charity in 2001 and is governed by an experienced Board of Trustees and a CEO Edna Delaney.

RRC aims to improve the lives of local residents and communities who would otherwise have little chance of doing so themselves. As the only provider on the Romney Marsh delivering Careers and Skills Advice, Training, Education and Employment support for those aged 16-18 and 19+, is a non-profit organisation that invests any income into the on-going development of our local communities.

We aim to tackle unemployment by providing training, to help people close skill gaps to enhance employability and build confidence.  We also support young people from 16+ with education, work ready skills, work placement helping them to progress into Traineeships, Apprenticeships, Employment and FE.

Working in collaboration with local and regional organisations to provide greater opportunities for the community and therefore improve their employability aiding greater socio economic wellbeing ensuring that the rural Romney Marsh area is a great place to live and work for generations to come.
